- Please inspect your hair immediately upon delivery before installing, washing, coloring, cutting, or altering it.
- Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- Hair must be unused and in its original condition.
- Hair that has been worn, installed, washed, colored, bleached, cut, or altered is not eligible for a return or refund.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the wrong item was sent or the item arrived damaged.
- Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Sale and clearance items are final sale.
- If you receive the wrong item or your hair arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos.
