- In-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations cannot be made.
- Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and before using the hair.
- Any concerns regarding your order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Hair must remain unused and unaltered to qualify for a return.
- We are not responsible for damage caused after the hair has been used, installed, washed, colored, bleached, cut, or altered.
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information at checkout.
- Priority Shipping is available for an additional fee but does not guarantee a specific delivery date.
